Notwithstanding these, had the opportunity of handling cargo claims, operating “Shipper Own Containers” Ship Chandelling and Ship Chartering. Had spend short time in Dubai setting up office and project management.

With such knowledge and tools, it enable to support customers who require a “One-Stop Solution” on Freight, Customs clearance and delivery in the most effective way. When Port Klang was introduced as a Transhipment Hub, opportunity to be one of the pioneer to arrange transhipment
containers was established.

Area of Responsibility

The position providing leadership and direction for the clearing and forwarding activities of the company. This role directly supervises multiple personnel to maximize productivity. Handle all development and operational activities of sea import and export forwarding and clearing business. Responsible for achieving departmental productivity goals. Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operations quality and efficiency of the division. Monitoring the Custom Clearance procedures and ensuring to build a strong relationships with various governmental organizations and represents the company in a professional manner
