Lost time injury (LTI), is one of many terms used for tracking workplace safety. Understanding these terms, documenting the appropriate incidents, and calculating company’s safety rating are musts for the company. As such, company initiatives for this awareness thru the Lost Time Injury Board which was launched on 21st June 2019, by the Managing Director of Baiduri Dimensi Group, Dato’ Sri Musa Bin Mohamad.
The purpose of this LTI’s board is the principal benchmark of a company’s safety performance. Employees need to understand the rate at which the company is losing time (productivity and money) and steps that we can take to improve safety.
