The Gotong Royong Program is a program organized by 5S team and it is a program to achieve the implementation of 5S in Baiduri Dimensi Johor (M) Sdn Bhd (BDJ). Apart from that it also gives awareness to the participant regarding the need of cleanliness and to strengthen the cooperation among BDJ employees.
The Gotong Royong started at 9.00am on Saturday, 26th January 2019 after having a short briefing. 15 staffs with 3 general workers started cleaning the office area. The most tedious tasks entailed cleaning workplace area, pantry, store room, document room, prayer room & meeting room. Hopefully this type of spirit will sustain until BDJ successfully achieve our 5S Goals ……………..
